Principal Structural Engineer / President

Mike has over 40 years of experience in the practice of structural engineering. He has been active in the design of structures utilizing cast-in-place, precast, and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, cold-formed steel, timber, masonry, aluminum, and stainless-steel structures. In addition, he has investigated many structures for the purpose of identifying structural problems and recommending solutions to these problems. Mike is also experienced in preparing investigative reports, writing specifications, construction inspections and providing expert witness testimony.

Principal Structural Engineer / Vice President

Thad has over 25 years of experience in structural design, construction, and project management for a variety of projects for state, municipal, Department of Defense, industrial, utility, commercial, institutional, and residential clients. He is experienced in the design of steel, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, masonry, cold-formed steel, timber, and engineered lumber structures. He has performed extensive investigation and verification of existing facilities in locations with high seismic and wind loads. He has managed multidisciplined design teams for projects in the United States and abroad.  Additionally, Thad taught structural classes for eight years at the Norwich University graduate school.

Structural Engineer

Eric has over 13 years’ experience as a structural engineer, with an emphasis on structural design and analysis in various industries including residential, commercial, telecommunications and industrial. With an extensive background in steel design, he is also proficient in repair and modification design to damaged and overstressed structures, as well as specifying repair procedures. Eric received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and is also a registered Professional Engineer in 28 states.
